Important: All products are made to order. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Custom or personalized orders (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return
- We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided in our return authorization
- Keep your tracking number for reference
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please allow 5-10 business days after refund processing for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item:
- Return your original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the item you want
This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Provide a prepaid return label
- Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund including original shipping costs
Important: Claims for defective or incorrect items must be made within 7 days of delivery and must include photos of the defect or incorrect item.
Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping:
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund
Cancellations
Since all items are made to order, we can only cancel orders within 24 hours of placement and before production begins.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number. If production has already started, we cannot cancel the order.
